Responsibilities:
- Active sales to new and regular customers
- Care and support of existing clients
- Accepting and processing orders
- Professional advice and claim management
- Management of social media channels
- Organization and execution of sales activities
- Planning of new customer activities
- Budget Planning
- Translations and interpreting
Required skills:
- Sales affinity
- Excellent command of the English and German language, any other Language is an advantage
- communication and motivation skills

- Willingness to grow
- Strong self-discipline
- Practical experience in using social media
- Extraordinary sales affinity
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, internet usage and social media• Friendly and convincing appearance
- Willing to travel frequently

For legal reasons we are obligated to point out that our minimum salary for this position is
€ 1.634,00 per month according to the sales collective agreement. Our attractive salary arrangements, however,

Scope of Duties:
- Sales development and coordination in new client acquisitions:
- Communicating effectively with leads
- Active networking; creating and maintaining contacts
- Presentations at hairdresser associations, salons, etc. which may include travel
- Lead generation with Social Media Marketing/Advertising
- Telemarketing sales and cold call acquisitions
- Closing new partner salons while meeting sales/budget goals
- Any additional special requests and projects assigned by supervisor
- Servicing existing clients:
- Maintenance and development of client base
- Working closely with Hairdreams Educators to establish training and marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate special events with partner salons, hair shows etc.
Qualification:
- Social, confident, good communication skills, customer focused
