With this ingenious but super simple trick, you can conjure up a customised fullness in your clients’ hair with just a few Hairdreams Quikkies Secrets Tapes. Here we show you step by step how to make and apply the Baby Secrets yourself.

What are Baby Secrets?

This is a narrower version of the Hairdreams Quikkies Secrets. One Quikkie Secret can be made into 4 Baby Secrets.

Perfect for framing the face of clients with fine hair.
Ideal for clients on a budget who still want to achieve an amazing transformation.
Reusable and can be worn for up to 6 months if maintained to the optimum and reapplied every 4-6 weeks.

When are Baby Secrets used?

If you want to conjure up a little more hair density around the face for your clients with fine natural hair, Baby Secrets can be an ideal and cost-effective solution. Just four Baby Secrets make a significant difference, as you can see in the video.

Step by step: How to create your own Baby Secrets.

Fold a Quikkies Secrets Tape well in the centre to create a crease.
Carefully part the hair at the crease.
Then carefully cut the tape along the crease from bottom to top.
Repeat the process once more with the two halves = you have four Baby Secrets ready to insert.

How to fix the Baby Secrets

To create a nice volume, you can attach the Baby Secrets to your own hair using the sandwich method, as with the normal Quikkies Secrets tapes: a Baby Secret is attached under the strand of hair and a tape is also attached above it. The natural hair lies in between.

The Baby Secrets are reusable

The Baby Secrets can be worn for up to 6 months. One requirement is that the tapes are reattached to the hairline every 4-6 weeks in the Hairdreams salon. To do this, the Baby Tapes must be removed from your own hair, covered with a new adhesive strip and reattached to the hairline. The process is simple and is shown in detail in the video.
