The Stop&Grow® effectiveness secret

Stop&Grow® is based on a new PHT substance. To put it simply: this PHT blocks the endogenous hormone that is responsible for hair loss. In addition, Stop&Grow® strengthens the hair roots so that new natural hair can grow. In an In-vitro study * by the hair research centre at Lübeck university, this was also proven: through the use of Stop&Grow® the active hair roots that produce new hair are increased by up to + 23 %. With the help of a high-resolution MicroScanner, traine experts at the partner salon near you analyse your hair and your scalp. On this basis, your individual treatment programme is put together. So that you can see how the treatment is taking effect, your progress is regularly monitored and documented.

What does the Stop&Grow® treatment cost?

As the treatment is tailored precisely to you and your hair situation, the price is also very individual. The costs also vary depending on the service you enjoy at your Hairdreams salon. It is best to arrange a non-binding consultation at a partner salon near you. After an initial discussion, the hair professional can provide more detailed price information.

When should the hair treatment start?

The sooner the better! But in principle, you can start the treatment at any time. Stop&Grow® can also be used preventively, because hair loss is stealthy and many people only act when it is already too late.

What is PHT?

PHT is the substance that the Stop&Grow® hair treatment is based on. The PHT blocks the endogenous hormone DHT that is responsible for hair loss. It also regenerates the scalp and stimulates the hair roots, so your natural hair can grow back stronger. In many cases, when used consistently, Stop&Grow® activates dormant hair roots and ensures the growth of new hair.

Can I use Stop&Grow® during pregnancy and the breastfeeding period?

In general, no side effects occur when using Stop&Grow®. However, we recommend that you consult with your doctor beforehand whether you can also use Stop&Grow® during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How long does it take to see results?

This depends on your hair situation. As a rule, the hair is already noticeably stronger and the scalp healthier after just a few applications. Hair loss itself is noticeably reduced after just a few weeks. As regards the growth of new hair, you will usually have to be patient a little longer, as dormant hair roots need time to produce new healthy hair. With the MicroScanner at your Hairdreams salon, your hairdresser can establish at the earliest after 3 months whether new hair is returning.

What substances does Stop&Grow® contain?

The hair treatment is based on substance PHT. This is composed of phytohormones, Tetra-G collagen and taurine booster. The phytohormone is plant-based, activates the cell function and stimulates hair growth. Tetra-G collagen is proteins that strengthen the hair roots and anchor it more firmly in the scalp. The taurine booster reinforces the two main substances.

How long do I have to use Stop&Grow® for?

Your Hairdreams hairdresser will determine the optimal treatment duration for you, based on your hair situation. So that hair growth continues to be improved after the treatment and hair loss is curbed, we recommend a so-called maintenance treatment. But not to worry, you will be advised in detail by your Hairdreams salon.

How often must I use Stop&Grow®?

So that your treatment achieves the required results, regular use is decisive. Ideally, use Stop&Grow® daily, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

Do I have to visit the salon regularly for follow-up treatment?

We recommend to have deep cleansing of the scalp carried out once a month at your Hairdreams salon. This detoxifies the scalp and your pores are opened through the exfoliation effect, so the PHT substance can be absorbed better.

Is Stop&Grow® also of any use if I have thin hair?

Yes! In cases of very fine hair, Stop&Grow® can strengthen the hair roots so that your hair grows back stronger and fuller. It also soothes sensitive scalps and regulates dandruff.

Many of our customers who enjoy a Hairdreams hair thickening use Stop&Grow® in addition so that their exiting hair roots are anchored more firmly in the scalp.

Does Stop&Grow® have side effects?

No, the substances contained in our hair loss treatment are subject to strict criteria. The tolerability of Stop&Grow® was tested in a study by the Dermatest Institute in Münster and rated as “excellent”.

However, if your skin generally tends to allergic reactions, we recommend that you consult a doctor beforehand.
