#hairdreamsgoesgreen: Sustainable packaging is half the battle
Some of our products require packaging – there’s no way around it. However, we are making more conscious decisions about the packaging we use. As part of our ‘Hairdreams Goes Green’ initiative, we are transitioning all paper packaging to 100% recycled paper and opting for fabric instead of plastic whenever possible.
Reusing instead of throwing away: Giving our extensions a second life
Using extensions and hair pieces once and then discarding them? Not with us! Our extensions and hair pieces can be refreshed and reused multiple times; this goes for our tapes, bonded extensions and MicroLines pieces.
We are also currently developing a program where pre-worn hair that would otherwise be discarded is repurposed as fertilizer.
Ethically sourced hair
One of our primary concerns: our real hair! We adhere to a strict ethical code that surpasses the industry’s customary standards. We exclusively utilize healthy hair from consenting adult donors who willingly provide their hair in exchange for fair compensation. Our European production facilities uphold the highest safety and health standards.
Small gestures, big impact
Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of being mindful of our environment and fellow human beings in our daily activities. After all, even small gestures can have a big impact. 😊
