With the use of Hairdreams products and by following your home care maintenance, Hairdreams guarantees that the quality of our hair will remain the same from the first day it is worn until the last. We promise!
What you need to know
- The Hairdreams hair must be applied by a trained and certified Hairdreams partner stylist.
- Your Hairdreams partner salon will schedule regular checkup and maintenance services that are mandatory to retain the Hairdreams hair guarantee.
- The home haircare maintenance must be followed according to our home care instructions.
- Your Hairdreams partner salon must be able to present the Hairdreams guarantee card and/or the product labels that come with the Hairdreams hair in the event there is an issue.
- We cannot guarantee our hair if any texture or color alterations are performed on the Hairdreams hair before the application and or during the wearing period.
How it works
- In the event of an issue, contact the Hairdreams partner salon who performed the application and services and set an appointment so that your Hairdreams certified stylist can inspect the hair and make determination of the problem.
- The partner salon will contact Hairdreams with details and questions and Hairdreams will instruct your salon on the next steps.
- It may be required that the hair first be removed and sent back to the Hairdreams manufacturing for tests determining if the cause was due to a product defect or caused by other external influences not covered by the guarantee.
- If it is determined that it is a product defect, Hairdreams will send your partner salon/stylist replacement hair to be applied at a scheduled appointment.
